1. Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery service is expressly offered at checkout.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking information may be provided when available.
5. Tracking
When tracking information is available, it may be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply before the package can be reshipped.
7. Delayed Orders
If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will take reasonable steps to notify the customer and provide appropriate options in accordance with applicable law.
Federal rules generally require internet sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and provide appropriate options when an order cannot be shipped within the promised period.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the situation and work with the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider where appropriate.
